  • TJ completed a Masters in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2015, previous to this, she attained her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in India.
  • Since then, TJ has graced private practices across various locations, from India to Adelaide, regional Victoria, and Melbourne, enriching her experience and expertise.
  • With an unwavering commitment to health and wellbeing, TJ brings her extensive experience in treating chronic pain, preventing and rehabilitating sporting injuries, and aiding individuals in their journey back to work and purpose.
  • TJ’s involvement with numerous football and netball clubs in Adelaide and Victoria has further solidified her expertise and understanding of sports-related physiotherapy.
  • Proficient in dry needling and Pilates, TJ employs a dynamic approach, blending hands-on techniques with active rehabilitation methods to facilitate her clients’ return to life, sport, and work.
  • Apart from working in private practice, for the last 2 years, TJ has also been working in the Occupational Rehabilitation space, working with WorkSafe Victoria and Safe Work NSW, assisting individuals make a safe return to work.
  • During her downtime, TJ indulges in her passions, which include globetrotting, badminton matches, exploring scenic beaches and mountains, and savouring vibrant food scenes.
